The first Dual Education Forum organized by Bit Alliance was held

Yesterday, the Dual Education Forum in BiH was held in the premises of the Rectorate of the University of Sarajevo, organized by Bit Alliance, with the support and help of project partners - the University of Sarajevo, the University of Mostar, the University of East Sarajevo and the University of Zenica.


The forum was held as part of the Erasmus+ project "Strengthening the capacity of dual education in Bosnia and Herzegovina - DUALSCI", and brought together representatives of the project, representatives of higher education and public institutions, as well as representatives of the economy and employers.


The forum was opened by the executive director of Bit Alliance, Damir Maglajlić, while the project activities were presented by the vice-rector for teaching at the University of Sarajevo, Dženana Husremović, the general secretary of the University of Sarajevo, Kemal Filipović, prof. Dr. Dejan Bokonjić (representative of the University of East Sarajevo), prof. Ph.D. Adisa Vučina (representative of the University of Mostar), and prof. Ph.D. Darko Petković (representative of the University of Zenica).


As part of the forum, a panel discussion on the topic "Dual education in BiH" was organized, and the president of the FBiH Chamber of Commerce Mirsad Jašarspahić, assistant to the minister of the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth of the Government of Sarajevo Canton Azemina Njuhović, professor of the University of East Sarajevo Nenad Marković, director of the Smartlab company Rizah Kabaši, and content specialist of the Ministry of Programming company and doctoral student of the Burch University - Nermin Đuzić.


The forum enabled the exchange of opinions, and it was concluded that only through the synergy of higher education institutions, business and government representatives can we reach appropriate systemic solutions.
