BH IT industry on the European tech map: Join the BH pavilion at GITEX Europe 2026

This year, Bosnia and Herzegovina will once again have the opportunity to present itself at one of the most important European events dedicated to business technologies, innovations and digital investments - GITEX Europe 2026, which will be held on June 30 and July 1, 2026 at Messe Berlin in Berlin.

After a successful appearance last year, Bit Alijansa is once again organizing the national, BH pavilion with the aim of strengthening the international recognition of the domestic IT industry and opening new business opportunities for companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The leading technology event in Europe

GITEX Europe brings together more than 1,400 exhibitors, 750 startups, 600 investors, 500 speakers and representatives from over 100 countries around the world through eight thematic conference programs. This gathering of companies, investors and decision-makers represents an exceptional opportunity for companies that want to expand their business beyond the domestic market, establish new partnerships or secure additional investments. Attending this event enables direct contact with potential clients and partners and strengthens the export potential of the domestic IT industry.

BH Pavilion as an organized appearance of domestic industry

The appearance through the BH Pavilion enables a joint and recognizable presentation of companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina, while preserving their individual identity and business focus. The organized participation model brings greater visibility, coordinated promotion and support in preparation for the appearance, as well as more favorable conditions compared to an independent exhibition. Special emphasis is placed on pre-planned business meetings and quality preparation of companies so that their participation results in concrete discussions and possible contracts.

During the previous edition, the BH Pavilion brought together more than 30 companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina, which had a significant number of meetings with international partners, established new business contacts and began negotiations on cooperation on the European Union market and beyond. Participation has proven to be a concrete mechanism for expanding business and strengthening the international presence of domestic companies. Based on this experience, the concept of the appearance for 2026 is being further improved with the aim of a stronger and more strategically designed presentation of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a reliable technology destination.

The call for participation is open to IT companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina that are already operating in foreign markets or planning to enter them, offer solutions with growth potential and want to expand their network of clients, partners or investors. The number of places within the BH pavilion is limited, which is why interested companies are invited to express their interest in a timely manner and secure their place within the national presentation.
