Signed Memorandum of Cooperation between TEDxSarajevo and Bit Alliance

In the previous period, TEDxSarajevo and Bit Alliance signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, in which they undertook to cooperate with each other with the aim of strengthening, improving and developing the information society in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The memorandum was signed by the license holder and founder of TEDxSarajevo, Ismar Lačević, and the executive director of Bit Alliance, Damir Maglajlić.

The common goal of this partnership is to create influence on various actors within the IT industry and many others, with the aim of mutual formation of innovative ideas that can lead to significant progress, both in BiH and beyond.

In the past five years, TEDxSarajevo has hosted numerous conferences with various topics, from emotional intelligence to human rights. More than 1,000 people joined these TED events and shared what really matters to them, innovative ideas that lead to progress, both locally and globally! Over 50 speakers, both local and international, shared their ideas at these events, and over the years, the TEDxSarajevo team has grown to over 100 incredible members.

“We believe that this collaboration will significantly contribute to creating a favorable business environment for the continued growth of the IT industry, as well as the spread of innovative ideas. I think this is a good opportunity to implement new events that will act as a catalyst for important topics within the ICT sector,” said Damir Maglajlić, Executive Director of the Bit Alliance.
