ROLLA joined Bit Alliance

Bit Alliance is proud to announce that the company Rolla from Mostar has joined our membership. Damir Maglajlić, executive director of Bit Alliance, and Igor Čarapina, COO of Rolla, recently signed an agreement by which this company became part of the largest IT business community in Bosnia and Herzegovina. With this partnership, Bit Alliance continues to expand the network of companies that share the vision of strengthening and improving the domestic IT industry.

"Bit Alliance has been working for a number of years to build the IT community in BiH, not only through incentives for companies but also through investing in new generations of IT experts. We believe that investing in the future is the key to building a better IT scene. We are sure that we have a long-term cooperation with the Alliance and its members, because we have a lot of room for its development. We want to be more present in the development of the IT industry in Bosnia and Herzegovina," said Čarapina.

He also emphasized the importance of working on startup culture in the region: "IT companies with their own products, as well as startups, are not something we often encounter in the region. This is precisely why we want to work additionally on the development of the culture of work in startups, which, for now, is still insufficient. We are sure that the current approach can change over time and we want to work on such changes. We are sure that in the long term we can influence the increase in the number of companies with their own products, as well as the further development of the startup scene."

Damir Maglajlić emphasized the significance of this partnership: "We are glad that the Rolla company recognized Bit Alijansa as a strategic partner in achieving its goals. Their dedication to the development of the startup ecosystem in BiH brings additional value to our community and we believe that this cooperation will have a long-term positive impact on the industry. Bit Alijansa will, within its capacities, provide support for the further development of innovative solutions, in the hope that one day the first BiH unicorn will come from our community."
